Wearing short dresses, skirts and low tops is a NO NO in the streets of Iran. So how do the girls go to the parties? Well they wear a black chador, all these girls in this image have one on. which is a religous garment that is worn by women. They know how to play around with the governments law, they know how to play it all cool with out you and I knowing anything about it.

most La'vand girls in tehran are size 10 and under, a size 12 and up are known as chubby! Why is that? Are they small minded? Or are they just in to the fashion to much?
